Using an Address Book

Click on the icon in the tool bar that looks like a little green address book.
Click on the button that says NEW
Here you will have to type the NAME of the person you want to have added to your book and click OK
Put your cursor in the large rectangle to the right and type the recipients E-mail Address.
To use your address book, all you have to do is click on the address book icon
Choose the person you are writing to by clicking on their name once and the clicking the TO button.
You should then be able to type your message and send it
